Storing your data files in the cloud

You can store your WorkTracer data files in the cloud using a file hosting service such as Microsoft's OneDrive. Here are the steps you should take:
  1. Create a folder in OneDrive called WorkTracer.
  2. Install WorkTracer on your PC.
  3. Copy all the files from the WorkTracer folder on the PC and paste them into the WorkTracer folder in OneDrive.
  4. Right click on the shortcut to WorkTracer on your desktop, select Properties from the menu and then the Shortcut tab. Change "Start in" to the WorkTracer folder in OneDrive.
You can share your OneDrive data files with other PCs if you wish to run WorkTracer on more than one computer, even at different locations. To share the data on another PC:
  1. Install WorkTracer on the PC.
  2. Right click on the shortcut to WorkTracer on the desktop, select Properties from the menu and then the Shortcut tab. Change "Start in" to the WorkTracer folder in OneDrive.
